Wholesale Terms & Conditions

My greatest asset is my customer relationships because you help me build my brand and bring my work to the world. I look forward to providing you with beautiful, well-made jewelry collections your customers will love.

  • A current re-sale license is required for wholesale purchases.
  • Minimum opening order is $500.00; Minimum re-order is $150.00
  • Payment is due prior to shipping.
  • Net Terms may be extended after your first order.
  • POS Materials are available. Please inquire!

Ready to place an order?

Once you're approved for wholesale purchasing you can order securely, online! Set up your online user account and login to the website to see your wholesale pricing, review past orders and place online orders.

To set up your Online User Account: Your username is the email you provided us. Simply set up a password using this link: https://www.alexiaviola.com/account/register

If it's easier, you can also compile the SKUs you desire and send an email to: info@alexiaviola.com In either case, we will follow up with a draft invoice and shipping estimate.

Upon placing your order, you enter into an agreement to accept the order when it's ready. If you must cancel your order for some reason, please let us know well in advance of the promised ship date. Otherwise, any deposit will be forfeited. In the case of special order items and orders over $3000, a deposit may be collected in advance of production and is non-refundable. 

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery except in the case of prior agreement,  "Quick Ship" orders or other special offers. Custom orders and special requests may take longer. We generally ship standard USPS Priority Mail and apply those rates for shipping and insurance to your order. 

POS materials are available. Please inquire! 

Returns are accepted only in the case where items arrive damaged and are reported within 3 days of delivery. And in that case a replacement will be provided.

Marchandise Swaps:
I understand that sometimes an item that you are crazy about doesn't have the same effect on your customers. It happens. If you would like to swap merchandise, the following conditions must be met: The item must be in new condition. The item must be part of our current product lineup. The original purchase date is within the past six months. In certain circumstances a restocking fee may apply.
